We invite you to join us for the 2026 Hike for Hospice, a community-driven walk in support of the future Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice. The 2026 Hike for Hospice is more than just a walk—it’s a heartfelt community tradition rooted in honour, compassion, and collective hope. Each step taken supports the mission of the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice as we work toward building a Hospice Palliative Care Centre that will serve families throughout Haldimand and Norfolk counties.
Participants of all ages are invited to come together to celebrate the lives of loved ones, reflect in community, and help ensure that no one in our region faces life’s most tender moments alone. Funds raised through the Hike play a vital role in strengthening our programs, enhancing support services, and advancing our goal of creating a dedicated hospice home close to the people who need it most.

Event Details
It all starts with registration. Every participant, regardless of age, must register for the Hike. This ensures that we have enough food available for all those who will be coming. During checkout you will be prompted to give us the required information for each hiker. Upon completion of the checkout - you will receive your tickets for the Hike and your team name, if applicable, will be added to the fundraising page where you can direct people to support your team.
